Rent Payment Methods
Please reach out to us via email @ residents@bwpmd.com if you are unable to use either CashApp or Venmo to discuss payment options.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
We offer a 5 day grace period before a 5% late fee is added to your account. If rent has not been received before the 10th, we will begin rent court proceedings and charge additional fees to your account.
Please be sure to pay by the 1st to avoid any of these fees
